Rental Terms & Conditions

You get the dumpster for 7 days unless you schedule more or less time.
The day it arrives is the same weekday it will be picked up.
Pick-ups and drop-offs can happen any time between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
You do not need to be home, but tell us exactly where to place it.
Please do not block the dumpster.

We do not work on Sundays or holidays.
Pick-ups may be delayed after holidays.
Call us if you’re unsure about your dates.

A trip charge applies if our driver cannot complete a scheduled delivery or pickup due to:
blocked or inaccessible placement area
unsafe site conditions
overloaded or improperly filled dumpster
incorrect address or scheduling error
Trip charges typically range from $50–$150, depending on distance and equipment required.

Call the office at least 2 days before pick-up if you need more time.
Extra days cost $10 per day.
Extension charges begin automatically after day 7.
We cannot “hold” dumpsters unless you schedule ahead.

Get permission from the property owner.
Drivers may refuse unsafe placements.
Do not move the dumpster yourself.
If placed on grass, yard damage can happen.
You may use plywood to protect your driveway.

A city permit is required if the dumpster is on the street.
We can handle Omaha permit for $35
You must handle getting the permit for other cities

Snow, rain, or storms may delay service.
You may cover the dumpster with a tarp if you want to keep water out.
We are not responsible for extra weight from the weather.

You are responsible for:
Any damage to the dumpster.
Damage to your property caused by placing the dumpster.
Making sure the area can hold the truck’s weight.

Keep the back door closed and locked.
The fill line is the top of the dumpster, do not overfill it or you could get a $50 charge.
Drivers cannot load items for you.
All trash must be inside the dumpster.
Loads must be level and safe or the driver may remove items.
If the dumpster cannot be safely picked up, you will be charged a $50trip fee.

Each dumpster size includes a weight allowance.
Loads exceeding the included weight are charged $50 per ton over the limit.
Weight is determined at the landfill or recycling facility.
Overweight charges are billed to the card on file.

Do NOT put these in the dumpster:
Tires (unless paid for separately)
Batteries
Appliances with freon
Paint, oil, gas, or liquids
Wet cement
Hazardous waste
Medical waste
Dead animals
Hot or burning items
Disposal of prohibited items may result in additional fees.

We can recycle tires for $15 each.
Tires must be placed on top of the load.

These must go into designated 12 yard dumpsters only.
Fill half-way to avoid overweight fees.
No mixing heavy materials with trash or yard waste. Heavy materials require approved containers.
A heavy material handling surcharge applies due to equipment wear and weight risk.
Approved pricing will be confirmed before delivery.

Dumpsters are made of steel. When they sit in one spot for a long time or get wet, rust can form.
Rust can also leave marks or stains on driveways or other surfaces.
We are not responsible for driveway, pavement, or surface damage.

If you order through another company, you must contact them.
Ordering directly from It’s Got To Go is best for quick response.

A swap occurs when:
a full dumpster is picked up, and
a new dumpster is delivered to the same location during the same visit.
Swaps are billed as a new dumpster rental, at the same rate as a standard delivery.
All standard rental terms apply to the new container, including weight limits and rental duration.

Must be done 48 hours before delivery.
Cancellations made after scheduling may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Payment Terms
Payment is required before delivery.
A valid card on file is required for all rentals.
Contractor accounts may be approved for invoicing at our discretion.
We may charge your card for:
Prohibited items
Overweight loads
Extra days
Trip charges
Unpaid balances after 30 days go to collections.

Rental Rules

Prohibited items include car tires and hazardous waste materials like paint and oil.

Dirt and concrete each require their own separate dumpster and cannot be mixed with other waste materials. Maximum fill line is halfway for dirt and concrete. Customer needs to specify the need for these at the time of order.

• 15, 20yds - 2 tons
• 30, 35 and 40yds - 4.5 tons
Cost is $50/ton if load is more than allowed weight limit.
